April 2018: Montrose Advisors announces three recent Industrial M&A transactions

Montrose Advisors is pleased to announce the completion of three new M&A transactions, representing new and repeat clients in the Metals and Equipment sectors.

• Represented Berlin Metals in its sale to Olympic Steel in April 2018, advising Roy Berlin in transitioning ownership of his business to a leading strategic buyer that is committed to growing the precision slitting business in stainless strip and tin mill products that Berlin is known for
• Represented Pump Solutions Group, a Dover Corporation company, in the March 2018 divestiture of its Fluid Dynamics business to UGSI Solutions in a strategic sale
• Represented Steel Warehouse in its purchase of Siegal Steel in November 2017. Through this transaction, Steel Warehouse added a strong business with an excellent reputation and increased its product and service capabilities
