Montrose Advisors initiates and executes sell-side, buy-side, and divestiture M&A mandates for middle market businesses in the Manufacturing, Metals, and Industrial Services sectors. Our founder, Dan Sullivan, has completed dozens of transactions, ranging in size from $10 million to $250 million, for family businesses, entrepreneurs, private equity funds, and corporate owners.

Capital Raising

Montrose Advisors maintains extensive relationships with senior lenders, unitranche and mezzanine investors, and equity providers. We leverage this network to place debt and equity capital in the private market in support of M&A transactions and corporate growth initiatives.
