Montrose Advisors is pleased to announce the acquisition of All Metals Service & Warehousing, Inc. and All Metals Transportation & Logistics, Inc. (“All Metals”) by Logic Ventures, LLC. The acquisition closed on December 31, 2014, with final funding on January 21, 2015. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

All Metals is the leading independent toll processor and end-to-end logistics provider to the premium flat rolled metals market in the Southeast.
